浅析中国特色大国外交理论及实践

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,面对新的国际环境,习近平总书记创造性地提出了一系列外交思想,兼具"使命意识"、"时代精神"、"创新思维"和"战略意识"的中国特色大国外交理论得以形成,并对新形势下的中国外交提供了动力和行动指引,充分引领中国特色大国外交实践,促进新型外交格局的形成。中国特色大国外交理论在坚持中国特色大国自信和维护自身主权、安全、发展权益的基础上,积极推动全球治理理念创新和实践创新,深化以发展全球伙伴关系为目标的全方位外交格局,确立以"一带一路"建设为引领的对外开放新格局,并努力维护亚洲地区包括中国周边地区的稳定,帮助第三世界国家发展,充分体现了中国特色价值观以及强烈的责任感和使命感。在中国特色大国外交理论指引下,中国外交已经在诸多方面取得了重大进展。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, facing the new international environment, General Secretary Xi Jinping has creatively put forward a series of diplomatic thoughts. The theory of "mission consciousness", "spirit of the times", "innovative thinking" and "strategic consciousness" has been formed, and has provided impetus and action guidance for Chinese diplomacy under the new situation. To fully guide the diplomatic practice of major powers with Chinese characteristics and promote the formation of a new diplomatic pattern. On the basis of upholding the confidence of the great powers with Chinese characteristics and safeguarding their own sovereignty, security and development rights and interests, the diplomatic theory of the great powers with Chinese characteristics actively promotes the innovation of the concept of global governance and the innovation of practice. Deepening the omni-directional diplomatic pattern aimed at developing global partnership, establishing a new pattern of opening to the outside world led by the "Belt and Road" construction, and striving to maintain the stability of the Asian region, including the surrounding areas of China, Helping third world countries to develop fully embodies the values of Chinese characteristics and a strong sense of responsibility and mission. Under the guidance of the theory of great powers' diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, China's diplomacy has made great progress in many aspects.
