国际竞争背景下我国企业海外专利布局困境与优化策略

【摘要】：在经济全球化背景下,海外专利布局成为企业增强国际竞争力、拓展海外市场的利器。本文从海外专利布局区域、布局领域、布局策略、布局的专利质量出发,揭示了我国企业海外专利布局区域不均衡、技术领域覆盖存在结构性缺陷、海外并购效果差、专利创新性和影响力低等问题。并根据问题及原因,结合专利战略、非对称赶超战略、一带一路发展战略和大众创业万众创新等经济发展新引擎提出相应对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the context of economic globalization, overseas patent layout has become a sharp weapon for enterprises to enhance their international competitiveness and expand their overseas markets. Starting from the patent layout area, layout field, layout strategy and patent quality of overseas patent layout, this paper reveals the imbalance of overseas patent layout in Chinese enterprises, the structural defects in technical field coverage, and the poor effect of overseas merger and acquisition. Patent innovation and low impact issues. According to the problems and reasons, combined with patent strategy, asymmetric catch-up strategy, Belt and Road development strategy and mass entrepreneurship innovation and other economic development engine put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
