“一带一路”国家战略的舆论引导评价研究

【摘要】:[目的/意义]研究"一带一路"战略传播过程中,中国媒体如何承担新闻舆论宣传与引导的责任。[方法/过程]以人民网、新华网等18家主流媒体118篇新闻报道为研究对象,采用内容分析法,从报道视角、报道内容、报道体裁及语言风格四方面,考察我国主流媒体"一带一路"新闻舆论工作的现状。[结果/结论]主流媒体在报道"一带一路"国家战略的新闻中,存在政宣口气浓重、关注点雷同、单一强调中国作用、忽略向下传播等问题,阻碍社会对"一带一路"战略正确认识,未能全面履行媒体责任。在"一带一路"国家战略传播过程中,媒体应做到内容上言之有物,注重特色报道,重视态度与语言客观性,加强媒体间联盟作战等。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to study how Chinese media assume the responsibility of propaganda and guidance in the process of strategic communication of "Belt and Road". [methods] 118 news reports in 18 mainstream media, such as people's net and Xinhuanet, were taken as the research objects. The content analysis method was used to analyze the content, the genre and the language style of the report. This paper investigates the current situation of Belt and Road news public opinion work in China's mainstream media. [results / conclusion] in news reports on the national strategy of "Belt and Road", there are some problems in the mainstream media, such as the heavy tone of political publicity, the same concern, the single emphasis on the role of China, and the neglect of downward dissemination. Obstructs the society to "Belt and Road" the strategy correct understanding, fails to fully fulfill the media responsibility. In the process of national strategic communication of "Belt and Road", the media should do well in content, pay attention to the characteristic report, attach importance to the objectivity of attitude and language, and strengthen the alliance between media and so on.
