推进“一带一路”建设必须加强创新引领

【摘要】："一带一路"战略提出了建设利益共同体、命运共同体与责任共同体的目标,创造了全新的区域合作模式,加强创新引领成为紧迫的现实需求。加强创新引领,重点是充分发挥国家、地方政府和企业三个层面的创新功效,从而为"一带一路"建设创造良好的国际环境、优化国内区域经济格局和培育充满活力的市场主体。为此在推进"一带一路"建设中,要实现对历史文化传承、现有开放格局和市场环境认知等三个方面的超越。
[Abstract]:The strategy of "Belt and Road" puts forward the goals of building a community of interests, a community of destiny and a community of responsibilities, creates a new pattern of regional cooperation, and makes it an urgent practical need to strengthen innovation and lead. To strengthen innovation leadership, the focus is to give full play to the innovative effectiveness of the national, local governments and enterprises at three levels, thus creating a good international environment for the construction of "Belt and Road," Optimize the domestic regional economic pattern and cultivate dynamic market players. Therefore, in promoting the construction of Belt and Road, it is necessary to transcend the historical and cultural heritage, the existing open pattern and the cognition of the market environment.
