“一带一路”战略下的文化传播研究
[Abstract]:Belt and Road is an important international strategy initiated by China. In this strategy, it includes not only the realistic problems of how Chinese capital "goes out", how Chinese RMB "goes out", but also how Chinese culture "goes out" and how Chinese temperament should "go out". The ancient Silk Road not only reflected the prosperity of ancient Chinese society, but also the prosperity of Chinese culture. Under the "Belt and Road" strategy, how to promote the spread of Chinese culture among the countries and regions along the route, to promote cultural exchanges and cultural integration among the countries and regions along the route, and to promote the systematic construction of "Belt and Road," It is worth our consideration to realize the common development of countries and regions along the route. On the basis of the existing theories of cross-cultural communication and the development requirements of Belt and Road, this paper makes a systematic study on the spread of Chinese culture along the road of "Belt and Road". On the one hand, some countries have doubts about Belt and Road's strategy itself, and question the purpose and intention of Chinese 'Belt and Road' strategy. In this context, the spread of Chinese culture is bound to be questioned by all countries. China should establish a brand new image of a responsible big country and eliminate misunderstanding about China, which also proves the necessity of spreading Chinese culture under the "Belt and Road" strategy; on the other hand, culture can promote the development of social, political and economic development. The construction of "Belt and Road" needs the support of culture, reducing the resistance in the construction of "Belt and Road" through the mutual support of the people, reducing all kinds of problems and contradictions arising from the different ideologies, and strengthening the political and economic activities of various countries. Cultural communication and exchanges to promote the common prosperity and development of countries along the route. This paper puts forward that the tactics and ways to carry out Chinese cultural dissemination by relying on "Belt and Road" are to give full play to religion on the premise of adhering to the principle of comprehensive objectivity, combining guidance with filtering, combining inclusive and harmonious development, and giving full play to religion. The role of enterprises, governments and non-governmental organizations in promoting the construction of international talent think tanks to broaden the channels of cultural communication, expand the radiation of Chinese cultural communication and improve the quality of cultural communication, and promote the Silk Road cultural blending system construction.
