“一带一路”战略研究述评

【摘要】：文章在各学者集思广益的研究成果基础上,对于"一带一路"战略的内涵、背景、风险挑战、推行策略等研究做了系统梳理和评述。在对文献的梳理研究之余,文章认为"一带一路"战略未来的发展方向应该是建立全球性组织协调机构与机制,协调推进"一带"与"一路"共同发展,不仅要以事实和成就打破他国对"一带一路"战略的疑虑,更重要的是实现"一带一路"战略与"互联网+"战略的互联互通。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the research results of scholars' brainstorming, this paper systematically reviews the connotation, background, risk challenge and implementation strategy of "Belt and Road" strategy. After combing and studying the literature, the paper holds that the future development direction of "Belt and Road" strategy should be to establish a global organization and coordination mechanism to coordinate and promote the common development of "one Belt" and "one Road". It is not only necessary to break the misgivings of other countries about Belt and Road's strategy with facts and achievements, but also to realize the interconnection between the "Belt and Road" strategy and the "Internet" strategy.
