一带一路中保加利亚至波兰铁路运输方案研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着一带一路政策的进一步落实,中国与亚洲以及欧洲等国家的铁路贸易往来呈现了井喷式增长的趋势。中欧之间有越来越多的中欧班列开始运行,并且运行班次不断增加。例如,2015年上半年,就有237列中欧班列发出,总集装箱集散量达到了20194标箱。与去年同期相比,增加112%。这也反映了一带一路政策对于跨境铁路运输的带动作用。目前,保加利亚至波兰地区的一带一路中欧班列铁路线尚未确定,未来随着一带一路的继续发展,中国必将与该地区进行跨境铁路货运贸易。如何在铁路货运过程中选择最优运输方案成为势待解决的问题。保加利亚至波兰地区铁路网络较为复杂,并且国家间铁路轨道宽度并不相同,因此,研究该地区铁路运输方案,必须考虑换装站的实际作业情况。由于该地区铁路基础设施设备比较落后,经常会出现某换装站换装以及通关时间过长,从而影响整体铁路运输时间,降低跨境运输的效益。本文针对一带一路该地区铁路运输问题,阅读了大量的相关文献,发现目前对于该地区铁路运输线路的研究还比较缺乏,对于换装站的作业能力分析还需要进一步改进和完善,围绕这些问题,本文主要针对以下四个方面进行分析研究:首先,本文通过对保加利亚至波兰区域的铁路网络分析,包括该区域铁路运输现状和各换装站现状分析,以集装箱货车换装线为研究对象,用换装时间反映换装站的换装能力,研究了该区域各换装站作业能力;其次,本文运用Anylogic仿真软件建立基于排队系统的Brest换装站集装箱货车作业仿真模型;再次,采用Brest换装站的数据进行了仿真实验,实验结果得到了Brest换装站的最大日均作业量、列车平均换装时间以及平均逗留时间;最后,建立三种不同情况下铁路运输方案数学模型,利用Lingo进行不同情况下铁路运输方案数学模型求解,对得到的不同情况下最优铁路运输方案进行对比分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the further implementation of Belt and Road's policy, China's railway trade with Asian and European countries has shown a blowout growth trend. More and more CEIBS classes are running between China and Europe, and the number of runs is increasing. In the first half of 2015, for example, 237 CEIBS were issued, with a total container distribution of 20194 TEUs. Compared with the same period last year, there was an increase of 112. This also reflects Belt and Road's policy to cross-border railroad transportation's driving effect. At present, Belt and Road from Bulgaria to Poland has not been confirmed on the China-EU rail line. In the future, China will carry out cross-border rail freight trade with the region with the continued development of Belt and Road. How to select the optimal transportation scheme in the railway freight transport process becomes a potential problem to be solved. The railway network between Bulgaria and Poland is more complicated and the rail width between countries is not the same. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the actual operation of the transfer station in order to study the railway transportation scheme in this area. Because the railway infrastructure equipment in this area is relatively backward, it often appears that the transfer and customs clearance time of a certain transfer station is too long, which affects the overall railway transportation time and reduces the benefit of cross-border transportation. In this paper, we have read a large number of relevant documents in view of Belt and Road's railway transport problems in this area, and found that the research on railway transport lines in this area is still relatively lacking, and the analysis of the operational capacity of the transfer stations needs to be further improved and improved. Focusing on these problems, this paper mainly focuses on the following four aspects: firstly, this paper analyzes the railway network from Bulgaria to Poland, including the current situation of railway transportation and the status of each transfer station in the region. Taking the container freight train transfer line as the research object, the changing time is used to reflect the changing capacity of the transfer station, and the operational capacity of the various transfer stations in this area is studied. In this paper, Anylogic simulation software is used to establish the simulation model of container truck operation in Brest transfer station based on queuing system. Thirdly, the simulation experiment is carried out by using the data of Brest transfer station, and the maximum daily average daily operation of Brest transfer station is obtained. Finally, the mathematical model of railway transportation scheme under three different conditions is established, and the mathematical model of railway transportation scheme is solved by using Lingo. The optimal railway transportation schemes under different conditions are compared and analyzed.
