中国与“一带一路”沿线国家科技合作中高影响力文献特征研究--基于ESI数据库高被引论文的计量分析

【摘要】:借助Web of Science和ESI数据库,对中国与"一带一路"沿线64个国家的高被引合作论文进行研究,包括合作论文总量,高被引论文的数量、占比、产出国家、研究机构、载文期刊、资助基金和研究方向等,以了解中国与沿线国家科技合作的进展状况和优势学科。研究发现:中国科技合作论文的总量、总被引频次、H指数和高被引论文数量显著正相关,论文数量和质量都存在不均衡性,中国更偏好与地理位置较近、经济科技发展水平较高的沿线国家合作;高被引论文数量呈逐年增加的总体趋势,并且近2年的高被引论文同时也是热点论文的重要组成部分;高被引论文主要集中于化学、物理、工程、医学等中国的优势学科且多分布在SCI的top期刊上,中国科学院是高产机构,中国自然科学基金发挥着积极作用。在此基础上提出未来科技合作发展对策,以进一步推动高质量合著论文的产出、增加科技合作影响力。
[Abstract]:With the help of Web of Science and ESI database, this paper studies the high citation cooperation papers between China and 64 countries along Belt and Road, including the total number of cooperative papers, the number of high cited papers, the proportion of papers, the producing countries, the research institutions, and the published journals. Support funds and research directions to understand the progress and advantages of science and technology cooperation between China and the countries along the route. It is found that the total number, total citation frequency, H index and the number of highly cited papers are positively correlated, the quantity and quality of papers are unbalanced, and China prefers to be close to geographical location. The number of high cited papers is increasing year by year, and the recent two years of high cited papers are also an important part of hot papers. Physics, engineering, medicine and other Chinese dominant disciplines are distributed in the top journals of SCI. The Chinese Academy of Sciences is a high-yielding institution, and the Chinese Natural Science Foundation plays an active role. On this basis, the author puts forward some countermeasures for the development of scientific and technological cooperation in the future in order to further promote the output of high-quality co-authored papers and increase the influence of scientific and technological cooperation.
