“一带一路”战略下高校外语人才的培养

【摘要】：文章以北京外国语大学和上海外国语大学为例,分析高校如何在"一带一路"战略引领下开展综合改革,以实现外语人才培养与"一带一路"的全面对接。在培养目标对接上,塑造具有扎实跨文化交际能力的复合型国际人才;在培养内容对接上,增设非通用语种课程,推进与"一带一路"沿线国家和地区的交流;在培养方法对接上,充分利用慕课平台开展教学,实现教育资源全球共享;在培养模式对接上,落实"走出去,请进来"的做法;在培养制度对接上,开展国际化办学,协同培养人才。
[Abstract]:Taking Beijing Foreign Studies University and Shanghai Foreign Studies University as examples, this paper analyzes how to carry out comprehensive reform under the guidance of "Belt and Road" strategy in order to realize the overall connection between foreign language talent training and "Belt and Road". In the training goal docking, the cultivation has the solid cross-cultural communication ability complex international talented person, in the training content docking, the addition non-common language curriculum, promotes the exchange with "Belt and Road" along the country and the region; On the docking of training methods, we should make full use of the platform to carry out teaching, realize the global sharing of educational resources, and carry out the practice of "go out, please come in" in the docking of training mode. In the training system docking, the development of international schools, coordinated training of talents.
