税收视角下“一带一路”对河池市有色金属产业带来的发展契机及建议

【摘要】：正有色金属产业作为河池市重要支柱产业,如何借助"一带一路"建设的有利契机,推动产业结构调整和优化升级,亟待思考和解决。本文从税收视角提出"一带一路"战略下河池市有色金属产业发展建议。一、河池市有色金属产业税收现状(一)税源不断萎缩,税收占比逐年下降。近年来,受国内外需求下降影响,有色金属市场持续低迷,有色金属产品铅精矿、锌精矿、铅锭、锌锭等销售价格逐年走低,产量也不断下滑。特别是2012年受龙江河
[Abstract]:As an important pillar industry in Hechi City, it is urgent to consider and solve the problem of how to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure with the help of the favorable opportunity of "Belt and Road" construction. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of Hechi nonferrous metal industry under the strategy of Belt and Road from the perspective of taxation. First, the current tax situation of nonferrous metal industry in Hechi City (1) the tax source is shrinking and the proportion of tax revenue is decreasing year by year. In recent years, the non-ferrous metal market has been in a downturn due to the decline of demand at home and abroad.
