“一带一路”投资规则发展趋势及协调策略

【摘要】：中国在"一带一路"双向投资格局中具有重要地位,同时面临各种国内和国际层面的投资政策障碍。作为"一带一路"的倡导国及重要资本输出国,中国应在制定域内投资规则中发挥更加积极的作用,把握好构建域内投资规则的总体原则,针对不同类型的国家采取分类协调措施,并且做好促进投资便利化、完善投资争端解决机制、协调投资规则一致性等重点工作,促进域内投资合作关系的良性发展。
[Abstract]:China plays an important role in Belt and Road's two-way investment pattern and faces various domestic and international investment policy obstacles. As an advocate of "Belt and Road" and an important capital exporter, China should play a more active role in formulating regional investment rules and grasp the general principles of constructing regional investment rules. Aiming at different types of countries, we should take classified and coordinated measures to promote investment facilitation, perfect investment dispute settlement mechanism, coordinate the consistency of investment rules, and promote the healthy development of investment cooperation relations in the region.
