“一带一路”战略下,央企合并出海的机遇与挑战

【摘要】:本文通过SWOT分析法,以国家"一带一路"大战略为背景,并以大型央企合并(实现强强联合)构建"国家品牌"为组织对象,对组织内外部条件和各方面内容进行综合和概括,进而分析组织的优劣势。文中得出的结论是,原行业内处于竞争地位的大型央企,通过合并整合资源(避免内耗)打造国家品牌,对响应国家"一带一路"战略发展是行之有效的方式。
[Abstract]:In this paper, by means of SWOT analysis, taking the national "Belt and Road" strategy as the background, and taking the "national brand" as the organization object, the author synthesizes and generalizes the internal and external conditions and various contents of the organization. And then analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the organization. The conclusion is that it is an effective way to respond to the strategic development of "Belt and Road" by merging and integrating resources (avoiding internal friction) to build the national brand of large state-owned enterprises in the competition position in the original industry.
