从新修辞视角看“一带一路”外宣翻译

【摘要】:在此大外交时代,世界能够听到致力于全球治理的中国方案,得益于多元化外宣媒体手段,更得益于精准恰当的外宣翻译。习近平主席在对东亚和中南亚进行国事访问时,提出“一带一路”倡议。“一带一路”合作倡议对我国的经济社会发展而言,将产生重大而积极的影响。如何将我们的国家意识传达于友邦,进一步巩固并加强国际地位,取决于国际民众如何接受并理解我们的宣传,在这方面外宣翻译的质量将起到关键作用。本论文将“一带一路”倡议提出后政府外宣文件作为研究对象,依托西方新修辞理论,采取归纳法,个案分析,分析并探讨该理论指导下的外宣翻译文本质量的提高。论文的宏观理论框架是基于刘亚猛教授对于西方修辞的研究。西方修辞学经过一系列发展进而衍生出新修辞学,它强调了普遍受众,语言的象征力量,修辞情境,普遍认同的概念,而这恰恰与“一带一路”外宣翻译的目标及其达成的方式有着不容忽视的关联。将新修辞应用于外宣翻译,并将外宣翻译视为新修辞的一种,为外宣翻译这一独特的应用文翻译领域打开思路,目的在以一种更为灵活、可掌握、有针对性的翻译策略来服务我国外宣翻译工作,达到西方受众对我国“一带一路”倡议及更多国家政策的认同。
[Abstract]:In this era of diplomacy, the world can hear about China's approach to global governance, thanks to a wide range of media outlets, as well as accurate and appropriate translation. President Xi Jinping put forward the Belt and Road Initiative during his state visit to East and South-Central Asia. The "Belt and Road Initiative" cooperation initiative will have a significant and positive impact on China's economic and social development. How we communicate our national awareness to our friends and further consolidate and strengthen our international position depends on how the international public accepts and understands our propaganda, and the quality of publicity translation will play a key role in this regard. This thesis takes the government publicity document proposed by Belt and Road Initiative as the object of study, relying on the western new rhetoric theory, adopts the induction method, analyzes and probes into the improvement of the quality of the publicity translation text under the guidance of the theory. The macro-theoretical framework of the thesis is based on Professor Liu Yameng's research on western rhetoric. Western rhetoric has evolved from a series of developments to new rhetoric, which emphasizes the universal audience, the symbolic power of language, the rhetorical context, and the concept of universal acceptance. This is precisely related to the target of Belt and Road Initiative's publicity translation and the way it is achieved. To apply the new rhetoric to the translation of publicity, and to regard it as one of the new rhetoric, and to open up ideas for the unique field of practical translation of the translation of publicity, with the aim of being more flexible and able to master it. Targeted translation strategies to serve China's publicity translation work, to achieve the Western audience to China's "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative and more national policies.
