孙中山《实业计划》对“一带一路”建设的启示

【摘要】：以"国际共同发展中国"为核心思想的《实业计划》,是孙中山为我们描绘的一幅布局整体、匠心独具的近代中国赶超西方、实现自强的宏伟蓝图,具有十分深刻的历史意义和时代价值。当前,"一带一路"倡议面临着消除域内外国家合作开发的疑虑与猜忌,化解倡议实施所带来的各种风险和挑战等现实问题,需要从倡议机遇掌控、目标原则确立、手段方式运用以及实施路径选择等方面,积极借鉴《实业计划》的文本与实践所提供的正反两个方面的经验和教训,从而为最终实现整个沿线国家的和平发展、互利共赢提供强大的精神动力和正确的价值指引。
[Abstract]:The "Industrial Plan", with the core idea of "developing China together internationally", is an overall layout painted by Sun Zhongshan, a grand blueprint for China to catch up with and surpass the West in modern times and to achieve self-improvement. Has a very profound historical significance and the value of the times. At present, the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative is facing realistic problems such as dispelling doubts and suspicions about cooperation and development between countries at home and abroad, and resolving the various risks and challenges brought about by the implementation of the initiative. It needs to be controlled by the opportunity of the initiative and the principle of objectives should be established. In terms of the use of means and ways of implementation and the selection of implementation paths, we should actively draw lessons from the positive and negative experiences and lessons provided by the text and practice of the Industrial Plan, so as to achieve the peaceful development of the entire countries along the routes in the end, Mutual benefit and win-win results provide strong spiritual motivation and correct value guidance.
