面向货物收集与分发的甩挂运输路径规划问题研究

【摘要】:近年来,国家“一带一路”、“自由贸易区”等重大经济发展战略正在如火如荼地推进中,物流行业作为货物流动的桥梁,其现代化、高效化、绿色化的发展趋势,在一定程度上影响着这些经济发展战略的顺利实施。甩挂运输在国外发展已经相当成熟,具有提高运输效率、降低企业运营成本、降低环境污染等非常显著的经济和社会效益,我国作为世界第二大经济体,有着世界上第一的年公路货物运输量与增长量,推广甩挂运输,一方面符合国家的经济发展要求,另一方面的也是实现物流行业满足市场需求的手段。甩挂运输路径规划问题是甩挂运输的相关问题中的研究重点之一,是凸显其优势的关键,对于甩挂运输的在物流行业中的实施具有非常重要的意义。本文以货物的收集与分发为背景,研究了单挂车、多卡车模式下,带卫星甩挂点的甩挂运输路径规划问题。首先,对甩挂运输相关的理论与方法作了简单介绍,主要包括甩挂运输路径规划问题的定义和原理,对涉及的车辆关系、路径类型、容积约束做了具体分析;另外还介绍了两种甩挂运输路径规划常用的方法。其次,本文对货物的收集与分发的问题背景作了简单描述,并以该背景为基础,建立“多卡车、单挂车”模式下,配合多个卫星甩挂点的甩挂运输路径规划问题(Multi-Truck and Single-Trailer Routing Problem with Satellite Spot,MTSTRPSD)的问题模型;采用禁忌搜索算法,针对问题的特殊性,设计了初始解、邻域解的产生方案。再次,进行了禁忌搜索与模拟退火算法的对比实验,验证了禁忌搜索算法的有效性和高效性。最后,本文又对带时间窗的MTSTRPSD问题进行了研究,在建立问题模型之后,重新设计初始解和邻域解的生成方案,采用禁忌搜索算法进行实验,验证了算法的有效性。本文的研究成果能够丰富甩挂运输相关研究成果,验证了禁忌搜索算法的在解决问题的有效性和高效性;另外,本文的研究成果对甩挂运输的实施具有一定的现实意义,在甩挂运输的效率提升、实施方案的开展方面能够提供一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the national "Belt and Road Initiative", "free trade zone" and other major economic development strategies are in full swing, the logistics industry as a bridge to the movement of goods, its modernization, high efficiency, green development trend. To a certain extent, it affects the smooth implementation of these economic development strategies. As the world's second largest economy, China, as the world's second largest economy, has developed quite mature in foreign countries, with remarkable economic and social benefits such as improving transport efficiency, reducing operating costs of enterprises, and reducing environmental pollution. With the world's first annual highway cargo transport volume and growth, the promotion of dump transport, on the one hand, conforms to the national economic development requirements, on the other hand, it is also the means to achieve the logistics industry to meet the needs of the market. The problem of dump transport path planning is one of the research focuses in the related problems of dump transport, and it is the key to highlight its advantages. It is of great significance for the implementation of dump transport in the logistics industry. In this paper, taking the collection and distribution of goods as the background, this paper studies the route planning problem of dump-hang transportation with satellite dump point in single trailer and multi-truck mode. Firstly, the related theories and methods are introduced briefly, including the definition and principle of transportation path planning problem, and the vehicle relationship, path type and volume constraint are analyzed in detail, and the main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the main content of this paper is as follows: (1) the main content of this paper is as follows In addition, two kinds of commonly used methods of transportation route planning are also introduced. Thirdly, contrasted experiments between Tabu search and simulated annealing algorithm are carried out to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of Tabu search algorithm. Finally, the MTSTRPSD problem with time window is studied in this paper. After the problem model is established, the generating scheme of initial solution and neighborhood solution is re-designed, and the Tabu search algorithm is used to experiment to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm. The research results in this paper can enrich the related research results, and verify the effectiveness and efficiency of Tabu search algorithm in solving the problem. In addition, the research results of this paper have a certain practical significance for the implementation of the drop-off transport, which can provide some reference for the promotion of the efficiency of the suspension transport and the development of the implementation scheme.
