开启“一带一路”媒体合作新篇章

【摘要】："丝路电视国际合作共同体"是首个以丝路为纽带,面向全媒体的国际影视媒体联盟。共同体成员间开展节目联播、节目交易、国际合拍、频道经营、信息共享等活动,共同打造一个开放、平等、互利、共赢的区域国际影视合作平台,促进民心相通,文明交流互鉴。共同体具有节目类型多样化,合作伙伴自主性,平台推广对等性,注重商业化运作,推动融媒体传播等特点。坚持开放包容、共商共建、市场运作、循序渐进的原则,深化合作机制建设,为推动"一带一路"建设增添新力量,为打造命运共同体和利益共同体作出新贡献。
[Abstract]:Silk Road TV International Cooperation Community is the first international film and television media alliance with Silk Road as the link. To jointly create an open, equal, mutually beneficial and win-win regional international film and television cooperation platform among the members of the Community, such as programme broadcasting, program trading, international co-operation, channel management, information sharing, and so on, to promote popular communication. Civilization exchanges learn from each other. The community has the characteristics of diversity of program types, autonomy of partners, equivalence of platform promotion, emphasis on commercial operation, promotion of media communication and so on. We should adhere to the principles of openness and inclusiveness, joint consultation and joint construction, market operation, and gradual and orderly progress, deepen the construction of cooperation mechanisms, add new forces to promoting the construction of "Belt and Road Initiative", and make new contributions to building a community of shared future and a community of interests.
