“一带一路”倡议下俄罗斯国际运输走廊的实施研究

　　俄罗斯境内国际过境运输的发展是“一带一路”倡议中俄中合作的领域之一。西伯利亚大铁路在国际过境的发展中起着主要作用,这是连接亚太地区和欧盟国家的铁路“桥梁”。西伯利亚大铁路在俄罗斯主要过境走廊的形成中的特殊重要性在于俄罗斯联邦铁路运输发展战略中规定的集装箱运输专业化。中国和俄罗斯是古代伟大丝绸之路的历史合作伙伴和参与者。目前,俄罗斯和中国在欧亚大陆不断发展壮大。随着两国在总体战略合作领域成为合作伙伴,中俄关系再次经历了历史上最佳的时期。中国提出的“一带一路”战略为中俄两国在新世纪的全面合作创造了有利条件。俄罗斯联邦政府支持中国的战略,为共同参与”一带一路”倡议的实施提供条件。本研究的主要目的是研究西伯利亚大铁路进入“一带一路”的实施情况。因此,在这项研究中,它设置了三个主要目标:预估西伯利亚大铁路作为“一带一路”元素的有效性;调查俄罗斯国际运输走廊西伯利亚大铁路的挑战;研究外部因素和评估ITC西伯利亚大铁路整合到“一带一路“的吸引力。第二章详细介绍了中国“一带一路”项目中的国际交通走廊理论分析、“一带一路”的探索以及俄罗斯的国际交通走廊项目。在研究中,考虑了世界各国的做法,其中分析了 I...
