藩国与羁縻地方政权:唐高祖东北边疆封授政策研究

【摘要】：唐王朝的边疆封授政策是一项柔性的政治、文化措施,唐高祖通过其施行初步区分了东北边疆地区的藩国和羁縻地方政权。前一层次包括高句丽、新罗与百济三国,后一层次涉及梲棬、契丹等民族或政权,唐王朝对这两个层次的首领进行了不同性质的封授,虽然封授政策本身尚不完善,但得到了顺利实施,使东北边疆秩序初步建立起来。
[Abstract]:The policy of consecration of border areas in the Tang Dynasty was a flexible political and cultural measure. Through its implementation, Tang Gaozu preliminarily distinguished the vassal states from the Jimi local regimes in the northeast frontier areas. The former level included Koguryo, Siro and Baiji three countries. The latter level involves some nationalities or regimes, such as impale, Qidan, and so on. The Tang Dynasty sealed the leaders of these two levels in different nature. Although the policy of sealing and conferring was not perfect, it was carried out smoothly, which made the order of the northeast frontier established preliminarily.
