清代四川地方政府对私盐失控的原因述评

【摘要】：清代四川私盐问题凸显,为解决这一社会问题,四川地方政府企图利用直接控制与间接控制的方式遏制私盐。从盐的产、运、销三个领域来看,并未因为地方政府的控制而遏制住私盐的产运销,究其失控的原因是多方面的,有自然成因、制度成因、政治成因等。
[Abstract]:In order to solve this social problem, the Sichuan local government attempted to curb the private salt by direct and indirect control. From the perspective of salt production, transportation and marketing, It is not because of the control of the local government that the production and distribution of private salt is restrained. The reasons for the loss of control are various: natural, institutional, political, and so on.
