【摘要】：秦代的法律非常发达,法律档案的保管和利用也较为发达,设置了专门进行档案管理的机构和职官人员。在保管方法和利用方式上也体现了与之前时代的不同之处。
[Abstract]:The law of the Qin Dynasty is very developed, the legal file storage and use is also more developed, set up a special file management agencies and official personnel. In the custody and use method also reflects the different from before the era.
