“威德”与秦之兴亡

【摘要】：秦王朝建构了以"威德"为重要特征的皇权政治,然而"威德"之于秦有着正反两面意义,秦因"威德"而夺天下,也因"威德"而失天下。贾谊"守威定功"这一理念的提出,不仅揭示了"威德"对于秦之历史盛极而衰发展走势的重要影响,而且成为代秦而起的西汉王朝一反秦之"威德",转而提倡"孝德"这一核心治国理念的思想渊源。秦之速亡与没有处理好"守威定功"这一关乎社稷安危的重要问题密切相关。
[Abstract]:The Qin Dynasty constructed the imperial power politics with the important characteristic of "Wei de". However, "Wei de" had both positive and negative meanings to the Qin Dynasty, and the Qin Dynasty won the world because of "Wei de". Jia Yi's idea of "upholding the Wei and establishing merit" not only reveals the important influence of "Wei de" on the development trend of Qin Dynasty's history, but also because of the loss of the world because of "Wei de". Moreover, the Western Han Dynasty, which began on behalf of Qin Dynasty, opposed Qin's "power", and instead advocated "filial piety" as the ideological origin of the core idea of governing the country. The rapid death of Qin was closely related to the failure to deal with the important issue of "keeping the Wei and stabilizing the meritorious service", an important issue related to the safety and security of the state.
