治国审慎、严察官吏的雍正皇帝用人之道

【摘要】：清朝入关后的第三任皇帝雍正在位十三年,为清王朝传承康乾盛世重用了大量人才。从雍正众多的用人事例中可以看出,他的用人之道归结起来就是专人专用,不拘一格,以"公、忠、能"三点为用人标准。
[Abstract]:Yongzheng, the third emperor of the Qing Dynasty, was under the throne for 13 years, reusing a large number of talents for the succession of the Qing Dynasty. It can be seen from the numerous cases of Yongzheng that his way of employing people comes down to three standards: "public, loyal and capable".
