《人物志》与汉魏思想转型

【摘要】： 汉魏之际是中国历史上重要的思想转型时期，是战国之后又一个思想活跃的时代。刘劭所著《人物志》是流传至今较完整、系统的一部人才学著作，在汉魏乃至中国思想史上占有重要地位。鉴于当时儒学的中衰、道家思想的复兴以及传统思想的变化，《人物志》对传统儒家思想进行了吸收、改造，它综合儒道名法各家思想，打破了汉武帝时代“独尊儒术”的局面。刘劭有感于汉代察举制度的弊端，在多篇著作中提出了官吏选拔问题，，《人物志》就是他长期思考的结晶，一定程度上反映了曹魏统治者“唯才是举”用人方略对他思想的影响。在人物品评方面，《人物志》保留了汉代清议的某些特征，但更多的是清谈的模式和方法，初具清谈形式。另外，该书还体现了新时期士人知识结构和思考习惯的某些变化。《人物志》在汉魏思想史上具有重要的价值，它对于此后玄学家“有无论”、“圣人论”和“才性之辨”等理论的提出和深入研究，发挥了引导作用，对中国古代人才理论的形成和完善做出了重要贡献，是窥见汉魏思想转型的宝贵资料。
[Abstract]:The period of Han and Wei was an important period of ideological transformation in Chinese history, and it was also an active period of thought after the warring States period. Liu Shao's Bibliography is a complete and systematic work on talent, which plays an important role in the history of thought in Han and Wei dynasties and even in China. In view of the decline of Confucianism at that time, the revival of Taoist thought and the change of traditional thought, the Book of characters absorbed and reformed the traditional Confucian thought. It integrated Confucianism, Taoism and law, and broke the situation of "respecting Confucianism alone" in the period of Han Wu Emperor. Liu Shao was aware of the drawback of the inspection and holding system in the Han Dynasty, and put forward the issue of selecting officials in many works. Personage is the crystallization of his long-term thinking, which reflects to a certain extent the influence of the general strategy of "meritocracy" on his thought. In the aspect of character evaluation, the character Records retains some characteristics of the Han Dynasty and Qing Dynasty, but it is more the mode and method of the pure talk, and it has the form of the pure talk at the beginning. In addition, the book also reflects some changes in the intellectual structure and thinking habits of scholars in the new period. The Book of characters has important value in the history of thought in the Han and Wei dynasties. The theory of "the sage" and "the differentiation of talent" has played a leading role in the formation and perfection of the theory of talent in ancient China. It is also a valuable material for the transformation of the Han and Wei dynasties' thoughts.
