宋代荔枝种植格局的变化与成因

【摘要】：在中国荔枝的发展史中,宋朝是一个重要的转折时期。这一时期内,荔枝种植的地域格局发生了重要变化,并奠定了以后的发展趋势。原本沉寂的福建荔枝异军突起,不仅扩张了种植范围,品质也跃居首位;唐朝一度兴盛的川蜀荔枝由于气候的原因及品质的相对低劣,开始慢慢萎缩;传统的荔枝产地岭南则保持了稳健的发展势头。气候的变化、品质的差异是造成这一变化的自然原因;而商品经济的发展与文人群体的品咏则是重要的社会因素。由此表明,一个物种的成名与发展,既取决于其自然的物性,亦与经济、文化的发展息息相关。
[Abstract]:In the history of litchi development in China, the Song Dynasty was an important turning point. During this period, the regional pattern of litchi planting has undergone important changes, and established the development trend in the future. Fujian litchi, which was originally silent, not only expanded the planting range, but also ranked first in quality. Sichuan and Shu litchi, which once flourished in Tang Dynasty, began to shrink slowly because of climate reasons and relatively poor quality. Lingnan, the traditional litchi producing area, has maintained a steady momentum of development. The change of climate and the difference of quality are the natural causes of this change, while the development of commodity economy and the praise of literati groups are important social factors. It is shown that the fame and development of a species depend not only on its natural physical properties, but also on the development of economy and culture.
