箕子的忠告

【摘要】：箕子应周武王之问,给出关于良治政治的一系列忠告,其中他针对公共决策设想了一种知识加权民主模式,由众人民主商议给出可选择的人谋,再由占卜给出天算,根据天算和人谋的一致性进行最后选择。如果把占卜替换为现代科学知识,则箕子的知识加权民主可能是最接近理性的民主规则。
[Abstract]:Keizi gave a series of advice on good governance politics at the question of Zhou Wu. Among them, he envisioned a knowledge-weighted democratic model for public decision-making, in which many people deliberated on democracy to give the people who could choose, and then the divination gave the sky. If we replace divination with modern scientific knowledge, then Keizi's knowledge-weighted democracy is probably the closest democratic rule to reason.
