从威权民粹主义的回潮看欧美自由左翼政党的挑战

【摘要】：齐普拉斯、伊格莱西亚斯、桑德斯、梅、勒庞、特朗普等左翼和右翼领导人的崛起意味着,曾经用来分析1980年代撒切尔主义政治纲领的威权民粹主义再次笼罩欧美各国。欧美威权民粹主义具有鲜明的反精英主义、威权主义和本土主义特征,其回潮的根本原因有经济不平等和文化反弹两种解释视角。从这两种视角看,欧美自由左翼政党所面临的挑战乃是根本性的。从前者看,自由左翼政党不再过多关注经济不平等问题,或是在解决不平等问题上作为很少,导致一部分支持者转向支持注重经济议题的威权民粹主义政党,这造成了自由左翼的分裂。从后者看,热情拥抱进步主义价值观的自由左翼政党与"新社会运动"的联合,其结果必然是自身支持力量间出现裂痕。
[Abstract]:The rise of Tsipras, Iglesias, Sanders, May, Le Pen, Trump and other leaders on the left and right means, Authoritarian populism, which was used to analyze the political platform of Thatcherism in the 1980s, has once again shrouded countries in Europe and the United States. Authoritarian populism in Europe and the United States is characterized by distinct anti-elitism, authoritarianism and nativism. The root causes of its comeback are economic inequality and cultural rebound. From these two perspectives, the challenges faced by liberal left-wing parties in Europe and the United States are fundamental. Liberal left parties no longer focus too much on economic inequality or do little to address it, leading some supporters to support authoritarian populist parties that focus on economic issues. This has divided the liberal left, which sees a rift between the liberal left party, which embraces progressive values, and the "new social movement", as a result of which there must be a rift between its own supporting forces.
