[Abstract]:In recent years, there has been an endless stream of "interesting stories" in world politics. In many democratic countries, mainly in the parliaments of young democracies, there have been one minor violent comedy after another. In the Ukrainian Parliament, some members of Parliament have asked to speak without success.
