网络热点事件中的民粹主义倾向研究

【摘要】：自从19世纪民粹主义在俄美开创实践先例以来,它就一直活跃在历史舞台上。它就像一个幽灵一样在世界各地游荡,在不同的历史时期、不同的国家地区或不同的政治文化环境中不时闪现。民粹主义是现代化的产物,当社会现代化进程中出现某个薄弱环节时,它就会应运而生。目前我国正处于现代化进程中的社会转型期,这种转型引起了社会结构和社会机制的大变化、大调整,进而产生了诸多的社会矛盾和冲突。随着Web2.0时代的到来,网络因其快捷性、便利性、平等性成为民众快速直接的意见表达渠道。在当前的互联网上,各种网络热点事件层出不穷,网民在针对这些网络热点事件的舆论表达过程中,显示出的对底层平民大众的同情崇尚、对精英权威阶层的无情批判等等,这些都表现出明显的民粹主义倾向。民粹主义是一种极为复杂的现象,本身具有两面性,既有关怀弱势群体、监督权威精英的积极一面,也有非理性、人为深化阶层对立的消极一面。因此,网络热点事件中的民粹主义倾向这一问题应当引起我们的关注和深入研究。本文将首先从对网络热点事件和民粹主义进行界定入手,以民粹主义的基本特征为基础,选择一个典型的网络热点事件进行案例分析,通过对该事件发展过程中网民的舆论表达情况进行分析,来论证当前的网络热点事件中存在民粹主义倾向,进而探讨网络热点事件中民粹主义倾向的草根性、非理性、批判性具体表现。接着从社会现实基础、网络技术支持、网民群体自身原因三个角度入手,探析民粹主义倾向产生的原因。针对这些原因,从构建和谐社会环境、积极参与网络传播、提高网民综合素质三个方面,来探讨民粹主义倾向的应对之策,从而对网络热点事件中的民粹主义倾向进行审慎处理,对其消极影响进行防范,构建健康网络环境。
[Abstract]:Since 19th century, when populism set a practical precedent in Russia and the United States, it has been active on the stage of history. It has wandered around the world like a ghost, at different times in history. Populism is the product of modernization, when there is a weak link in the process of social modernization. It will emerge as the times require. At present, our country is in a period of social transformation in the process of modernization. This transformation has caused great changes in social structure and social mechanisms, and great adjustments have been made. With the advent of the Web2.0 era, the Internet has become a quick and direct channel for people to express their opinions because of its rapidity, convenience and equality. A variety of network hot events emerge in endlessly. In the process of expressing public opinion on these network hot events, netizens show their sympathy for the masses at the bottom, their ruthless criticism of the elite authorities, and so on. These all show obvious populist tendencies. Populism is a very complex phenomenon, and it has two sides. It has both the positive side of caring for the vulnerable groups and the positive side of supervising the authoritative elites, as well as its irrationality. Therefore, the populist tendency in the network hot events should attract our attention and further study. This paper begins with the definition of network hot spot events and populism, and chooses a typical network hot spot event as a case study based on the basic characteristics of populism. By analyzing the public opinion expression of Internet users in the course of the development of the event, this paper demonstrates that there exists a populist tendency in the current network hot events, and then probes into the grass root and irrationality of the populist tendency in the network hot events. Then from the social reality foundation, the network technical support, the netizen group own reason three angle, analyzes the populism tendency to produce the reason. In view of these reasons, constructs the harmonious social environment, To actively participate in the network communication and improve the comprehensive quality of Internet users, to discuss the countermeasures of populist tendency, so as to carefully deal with the populist tendency in the network hot events, and to guard against its negative effects. Build a healthy network environment.
