当代民粹主义的两极化趋势及其制度根源

【摘要】：正民粹主义在任何一个时代的发生与蔓延,有其深刻的经济、政治与文化根源,有其一定遵循的发生发展的历史路径。民粹主义在21世纪全球化时代的爆发,汇集了此前至少三十年间经济全球化进程中大大小小的民粹运动,这一波浪潮中最为引人注目的是民粹主义的两极化趋势,在所谓右翼民粹与左翼民粹同时出现的现象背后,我们发觉了民粹主义与新自由主义的尖锐对立。民粹主义的界定及其在历史上的三次浪潮民粹主义的概念十分单薄,只有一个所谓"民众中
[Abstract]:The emergence and spread of orthodox populism in any era has its profound economic, political and cultural roots, as well as its historical path of occurrence and development. In 21th century, populism broke out in the era of globalization. A collection of populist movements, large and small, in the process of economic globalization for at least 30 years, the most striking of which is the polarizing trend of populism, behind the phenomenon that the so-called right-wing populists and left-wing populists appear at the same time. We find the sharp opposition between populism and neoliberalism. The definition of populism and the three waves of populism in history are very weak.
