在象征与现实之间:经济绩效中的合法性逻辑

【摘要】：以经济绩效为基础的合法性逻辑展现了国家有效性对于国家统治证成的意义。但就经济绩效与合法性之间关系的传统研究及其判断方式,却表现出概念辨识、因果逻辑方面的混乱,从而对国别背景下的结论分野现象诠释乏力。以当代中国为观察对象,经济绩效中所具有的结构性特质被挖掘和呈现,从而在微观绩效和宏观绩效及其合法化机制的两种进路上形成了绩效合法性的中国式逻辑叠加。通过对这一逻辑叠加内在机制的剖析,绩效因素并不必然构成绩效合法性的逻辑起点;绩效及其生产行为的背后存在着相应的观念支持——个体主义与集体主义,从而框定了国家与社会可以共同接受的绩效行为与目标,表明了经济绩效与合法性之间关系的判别将面临着更复杂的情境。
[Abstract]:The logic of legitimacy based on economic performance shows the significance of national validity to the proof of state rule. However, the traditional research on the relationship between economic performance and legitimacy and its judgment mode show the concept identification. The confusion of causality logic leads to a weak interpretation of the conclusion differentiation in the country context. Taking contemporary China as the object of observation, the structural characteristics of economic performance have been excavated and presented. Thus, the Chinese logic superposition of performance legitimacy is formed on the two paths of micro performance and macro performance and their legalization mechanism. Through the analysis of the internal mechanism of this logic superposition, Performance factors do not necessarily constitute the logical starting point of performance legitimacy. Thus, the performance behavior and goal which can be accepted by the state and society are defined, which indicates that the relationship between economic performance and legitimacy will face a more complicated situation.
