福莱特的动态行政管理思想研究

【摘要】：在西方行政管理学史上,有一位重要的代表人物,她就是被称为“管理学的先知”的玛丽·帕克·福莱特(Mary Parker Follett)。福莱特的动态行政管理思想作为管理学经典,蕴含着对于管理实践的深刻体悟与洞察。本文以福莱特的动态行政管理思想为研究对象,从国内外相关研究入手,探讨其产生的背景和内涵,进而对其动态行政管理思想进行评价,以期为当代行政管理实践提供可借鉴的启示。本文主要分为以下六个部分。第一部分,绪论。介绍了研究的目的和意义、研究现状、研究方法和创新点。第二部分,介绍的是福莱特的动态行政管理思想的渊源。分别从哲学基础:费希特的大自我思想;心理学基础:库利的镜中自我思想;韦特海默的格式塔心理学和社会学基础三个方面具体阐述福莱特动态行政管理思想的渊源。第三部分,是整个论文的核心部分,论述福莱特的动态行政管理思想的内容。这部分又分为三个方面:群体原则、融合统一和情境规律。第四部分,论述的是福莱特的动态行政管理思想的特点。包括以群体作为基本分析单位、以心理层次分析作为分析视角和以动态性监控作为目的手段三个方面。第五部分,对福莱特的动态行政管理思想从合理性和局限性两方面进行了评价。第六部分,详细阐述了福莱特的动态行政管理思想的借鉴意义。倡导关注行政管理实践中人的自由,并重塑政府权威。本文通过文献研究法、行政生态研究法和历史研究法分析福莱特的动态的行政管理思想。自福莱特《动态行政管理》出版,已七十五年了,但书中关于行政管理的论述却历久弥新。在80年代新公共管理运动的“重塑政府”浪潮中,福莱特的思想成为政府变革的渊源。在信息化和全球化的背景下,福莱特动态行政管理思想的当代意义更为突出。她倡导的群体原则、融合统一和情境规律,对现代行政学的发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:In the history of Western administrative management, there is an important representative who is Mary Parker Follett.Mary Parker Follettt, known as the Prophet of Management, is the classic of management. It contains profound understanding and insight into the management practice. This paper takes Fortlett's thought of dynamic administration as the research object, starting with the relevant research at home and abroad, discusses the background and connotation of its emergence. The thesis is divided into the following six parts: the first part, the introduction, introduces the purpose and significance of the research, and the current situation of the research. The second part introduces the origin of Fullett's thought of dynamic administration. From the philosophical basis: Fichte's big self-thought, psychological foundation: Kuli's mirror self-thought; Wetheimer's Gestalt psychology and sociological foundation concretely explain the origin of Forrest's dynamic administrative thought. The third part is the core part of the whole thesis. This part is divided into three aspects: group principle, integration unity and situational law. Part 4th, This paper discusses the characteristics of Forrest's dynamic administrative thought, including three aspects: group as the basic unit of analysis, psychological analysis as the perspective of analysis and dynamic monitoring as the aim and means. Part 5th, This paper evaluates Fortlett's thought of dynamic administration from two aspects of rationality and limitation. Part 6th expounds in detail the significance of his thought of dynamic administration, and advocates to pay close attention to the freedom of human being in the practice of administration. This paper analyzes Fortlett's dynamic administrative thoughts through literature research, administrative ecological research and historical research. It has been seventy-five years since the publication of Folet's "dynamic Administration". In 80s, in the new public management movement "reshaping the government" tide, Fullett's thought became the origin of the government reform. Under the background of information and globalization, The group principle she advocated, the integration of unity and situational law, is of great significance to the development of modern administration.
