民主巩固视阈下的中国式民主研究

【摘要】：民主是现代国家所追求的目标，通过对中国式民主内涵进行分析，认为中国式民主最为核心的要素是党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机统一；在民主化道路过程中，各个国家构建了不同的民主模式，这意味着中国的民主化会带有自身特点，其中，党内民主模式、参与式民主模式和纵向民主模式是中国式民主的主要模式。民主巩固是多面向因素的结果，是目标与过程的统一，民主巩固并不意味着完成，它可能会出现民主的回潮或倒退。结合中国民主发展实际，文章以政治社会、经济社会、公民社会、国家机器与法治为理论框架对中国式民主进行分析，，从中看到了中国民主成果与不足，进而提出积累社会资本、构建协商民主、发展选举民主对中国式民主巩固具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Democracy is the goal pursued by modern countries. By analyzing the connotation of Chinese-style democracy, it is considered that the most core element of Chinese-style democracy is the leadership of the Party, the organic unity of the people as masters of their own country and the rule of law, and in the process of democratization, Different countries have built different democratic models, which means that China's democratization will have its own characteristics. Among them, the model of inner-party democracy, Participatory and vertical democratic models are the main models of Chinese democracy. The consolidation of democracy is the result of multi-factor orientation, the unity of goals and processes, and the consolidation of democracy does not mean completion. It may lead to the return or retrogression of democracy. In the light of the reality of China's democratic development, the article analyzes Chinese democracy in the theoretical framework of political society, economic society, civil society, state machinery and the rule of law. From this, we can see the achievements and shortcomings of Chinese democracy, and then put forward that it is of great significance to accumulate social capital, construct consultative democracy and develop electoral democracy for the consolidation of democracy in China.
