当代国家统一的几个问题——基于越南、德国、也门等国家统一进程的比较研究

【摘要】：当代国家的统一虽不是一个普遍存在,但却十分重要、可对国内和地区秩序产生重大影响的问题。现代民族国家体系的时代背景,因冷战和阵营的形成而导致的人类社会在制度上的异质性分化,以及全球体系与国际法的发展等因素所决定的当代国家的统一不仅仅是一个追求政治权力的统一,而且还包括民族认同的维系与培育、异质社会制度的融合,以及应对国际介入问题等多方面内容的系统工程。越南、德国和也门等国家的统一进程表明,当代国家的统一追求需要在更深层次上认识、更综合而精巧地设计政策和系统协同推进。
[Abstract]:Although the unification of contemporary countries is not a universal one, it is very important and can have a significant impact on the domestic and regional order. The institutional heterogeneity of human society caused by the cold war and the formation of camps, as well as the development of the global system and international law, determine that the unity of contemporary countries is not merely a pursuit of political power. It also includes the maintenance and cultivation of national identity, the integration of heterogeneous social systems, and systematic engineering to deal with the problems of international intervention. The process of unification in Vietnam, Germany, Yemen and other countries shows that. The pursuit of unity in contemporary countries requires a deeper understanding and a more comprehensive and sophisticated design of policies and systems.
