论新共和主义“共同善”理念的转向

【摘要】:苏尔马斯(Sulmasy)归纳的四类共同善,预设了个人利益和共同善之间的僵硬区隔,无法揭示共同善的动态化生成过程。合计性共同善,只承认个人利益,否认共同体价值的真实性。超越性共同善,尊奉团体利益或国家利益至上,表征了权力结构对个人利益的压制。共享性共同善,立足于社会生活的连带性,强调政治整合对于实现个人利益的独特功用。整体性共同善,聚焦于公民的价值实现,揭示了公共生活对个人实现乃至自我认同的不可替代性。新共和主义着眼于共同善的产生过程,阐发了一种"商谈论共同善"。"商谈论共同善"的公民基础和政治后果,均遭到质疑。不过,这一域外民主经验,对于中国的民主法治建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The four types of common good summarized by Sulmasy presuppose the rigid division between personal interest and common good, which cannot reveal the dynamic forming process of common good. Denying the authenticity of the community value, transcending the common good, respecting the interests of the group or the state above all, symbolizing the suppression of individual interests by the power structure, sharing the common good, and basing itself on the conjunctive nature of social life. Emphasizing the unique function of political integration in the realization of personal interests, the unity of common good, and the focus on the realization of the values of citizens, It reveals the irreplaceable nature of public life to individual realization and even self-identity. The new republic focuses on the process of common good and explains the citizen foundation and political consequence of "business talking about common good" and "business talking about common good". However, this foreign democratic experience can be used for reference in the construction of democracy and rule of law in China.
