【摘要】：正改革开放以来,"公民社会"理论受到一些人的追捧。有人将"公民社会"看作保障个人权利的依据,有人把它视为抗衡威权秩序的手段,更有人奉它为实现民主的条件,认为"不经由公民社会的充分发展,就不能走向健康的民主政治"。作为具有一定学理性的社会思潮,深刻把握"公民社会"在学术表象下的政治实质,具有重要现实意义。"公民社会"概念的发展轨迹"公民"是个法律概念,指的是具有一国国籍、并根据该国法律规定享有权利和承担义务的
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the theory of "civil society" has been sought after by some people. Some people regard "civil society" as the basis for safeguarding the rights of the individual, some see it as a means to counteract the authoritarian order, and some regard it as a condition for the realization of democracy. The author holds that "without the full development of civil society, we cannot go to a healthy democratic politics". As a social trend of thought with certain academic rationality, we can profoundly grasp the political essence of "civil society" under the academic appearance. The development trajectory of the concept of "civil society" is a legal concept, referring to a person who has the nationality of a State and enjoys rights and obligations under the law of that country.
