【摘要】：在当今世界,是实行政党"自治"还是"法治"、是"依规治党"还是"依法治党"?这存在很大争议。客观地说,当代政党治理涉及到政党、国家与社会三个维度,存在党内规范、法律规范、社会规范三套政党行为规范体系;各国法律对党内行为规制有法律默认型、抽象规范型、择要规范型、全面规范型四种模式。
[Abstract]:In today's world, is party "autonomy" or "the rule of law," or is it "governing the party according to regulations" or "administering the party according to law?"This is highly controversial.Objectively speaking, the governance of contemporary political parties involves three dimensions of political party, state and society, there are three sets of norms of party behavior, including inner-party norms, legal norms and social norms, and the laws of various countries have legal acquiescence to the regulation of inner-party conduct.Abstract normal form, choose normal form, comprehensive normal form four patterns.
