韩非子权力制约观的当代启示

【摘要】：当今我国正处于社会的转型期,权力的扩张和滥用催生了贪污腐败、贫富分化等严重问题。如何制约权力扩张滥用,让权力合理运行、社会稳定有序发展是我们必须面对和克服的政治难题。近年来的"国学热"让人们开始重新审视诸子百家"通万方之路"、"同归而殊途"的治国构想,韩非子作为法家思想的集大成者,早在两千多年前就提出了他独特的权力制约观,主张"以势保权"、"以法制权"、"以术驭权",对当前我国权力制约机制的完善有着极大启发。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, our country is in the period of social transformation. The expansion and abuse of power have given birth to serious problems such as corruption, polarization between rich and poor, and so on.How to restrict the abuse of power expansion, the rational operation of power, and the stable and orderly development of society are the political problems we must face and overcome.The idea of "protecting power by power", "right by law" and "controlling power by skill" has great inspiration for the perfection of power restriction mechanism in our country at present.
