【摘要】：荀子是儒家的集大成者，是我国古代伟大的政治思想家之一。他的礼法结合的政治思想产生于由分裂到统一的战国时期，在一定程度上顺应了历史发展潮流。更重要的是，，它成为了自秦汉以后中国封建社会政治制度设计的理论先导，对中国历朝历代的政治发展产生了深远的影响。本文以性恶论为切入点深入细致地论述了荀子的礼法结合的政治思想，挖掘其思想背后的对中国政治改革具有现代意义的思想资源，以期对我们的改革在理论层面有所裨益。本文分为三大部分，即：导言、正文和结语。导言主要阐述本文的研究价值与意义、研究概况、研究思路与方法。正文分为三章：第一章循着孟子与告子关于人性问题的辩论思路，进而着重分析荀子的人性论思想，指出荀子的性恶论为即其礼法结合的政治思想提供了人性依据和理论基础。第二章对礼与法产生的正当性与实施的可行性等相关内容分别作了具体探讨，礼主法辅，法尊礼为道，礼法结合共同搭建了一种动静结合而又稳定的运行系统，是实现善的理想的完美途径。第三章进一步阐述在荀子的政治思想中作为主体的个人如何实现止于至善的理想；作为君主应当以德治国，但是这种德治理想由于与现实的差距很大，而不得不屈服于现实的残酷，从而导致了德治走向人治的弊端。结语对本文作了总结性的叙述，并揭示了荀子政治思想的现实启示。
[Abstract]:Xunzi is a great Confucianist and one of the great political thinkers in ancient China.His political thought of combining etiquette and law came into being in the warring States period from division to unification, and to some extent conformed to the trend of historical development.More importantly, it became the theoretical guide of the political system design of China's feudal society since the Qin and Han dynasties, and had a profound influence on the political development of Chinese dynasties.This paper discusses Xunzi's political thought of combining etiquette and law deeply and meticulously with the theory of sexual evil, and excavates the ideological resources which are of modern significance to Chinese political reform, in order to benefit our reform in theory.This article is divided into three parts, namely: introduction, text and conclusion.The introduction mainly elaborates the research value and significance, the research survey, the research thought and the method.The text is divided into three chapters:The first chapter follows Mencius and Niuzi's thinking on human nature, and then analyzes Xunzi's theory of human nature, and points out that Xunzi's theory of sexual evil provides the basis of humanity and theory for his political thought of combining etiquette and law.The second chapter discusses the legitimacy and feasibility of propriety and law respectively.It is the perfect way to realize the ideal of good.The third chapter further expounds how the individual, as the main body in Xunzi's political thought, realizes the ideal that ends in the best; as a monarch, he should govern the country by virtue, but the ideal of ruling by virtue is far from the reality.But had to submit to the reality of cruelty, resulting in the rule of virtue towards the rule of man malpractice.The conclusion gives a summary of this article and reveals the realistic enlightenment of Xunzi's political thought.
