权力与差异政治:压迫、赋权和跨国正义

【摘要】：正本文发表于著名的女性主义哲学杂志《希帕蒂娅》(Hypatia)2008年7—9月号(总第23卷)。作者艾米·艾伦(Amy Allen)为美国达特茅斯学院哲学系教授、当代批判的女性主义理论家。在当代西方女性主义政治哲学中,艾利斯·马瑞恩·扬(Iris Marion Young)以其"有差异的公民资格"和"差异政治"而独具特色。在本文中,作者全面考察了扬的权力概念,认为她的权力概念至少在两个方面是不完整的:首先,她倾向于将权力与狭义的"压迫与支配"概念相等同,因而缺乏对个体赋权和集体赋权令人满意的分析;其次,她对权力的分析能否很好地应用于对跨国正义的思考,这一点是不明确的。作者得出的结论是,人们需要认真思考如何拓展或矫正扬的权力分析方法,以便公正地对待跨国正义问题。
[Abstract]:This article is published in the July-September 2008 issue of Hypatia, a famous philosophical journal of feminism (Vol. 23).Amy Allen is a professor of philosophy at Dartmouth College and a feminist theorist of contemporary criticism.In the contemporary western feminist political philosophy, Ellis Maryne Marion Marion Young is unique for his "different citizenship" and "differential politics".In this paper, the author examines Yang's concept of power and thinks that her concept of power is incomplete in at least two aspects: first, she tends to equate power with the narrow concept of "oppression and domination".Therefore, there is a lack of satisfactory analysis of individual and collective empowerment; secondly, it is unclear whether her analysis of power can be well applied to thinking about transnational justice.The author concludes that people need to think about how to expand or correct the power analysis method in order to treat transnational justice fairly.
