政治秩序的伦理意蕴及对国家治理的启示——兼谈康德政治哲学

【摘要】：政治秩序规范和引导人应该怎样生活。随着社会转型的到来,政治秩序失常引发的社会问题逐渐凸显。康德政治哲学为我们理解政治秩序问题提供了学理资源。一方面,政治秩序的伦理内涵是以"公共善"为价值目标,在社会建立自由与秩序相统一的善的等级系统;另一方面,政治秩序范畴的核心在于国家正义,确立权力的公共责任与边界。基于此,我们应该以多元和谐的价值观念推进国家治理现代化,建立并完善法治宪政,以国家与社会协同治理的方式重构治理秩序。
[Abstract]:The political order regulates and guides how people should live.With the coming of social transformation, the social problems caused by the political order disorder gradually become prominent.Kant's political philosophy provides us with theoretical resources to understand the problem of political order.On the one hand, the ethical connotation of the political order is to set up a good hierarchical system of unity of freedom and order in the society with the goal of "public good"; on the other hand, the core of the category of political order lies in national justice.To establish the public responsibility and boundary of power.Based on this, we should promote the modernization of national governance with the value of pluralism and harmony, establish and perfect the constitutionalism of rule by law, and reconstruct the order of governance by the way of coordinated governance between the state and society.
