哈贝马斯后民族结构视域下的集体认同观

【摘要】：哈贝马斯认为后民族国家时代已经来临。主张以宪法爱国主义和普遍人权理论为规范性基础,实现后民族结构理论视域下的集体认同观的建构,意图为现代社会多元文化冲突的解决提供一种可能的路径。但其观点尤其是宪法爱国主义引发了民族主义、共和主义甚至后民族主义者的激烈论争,这有利于促成对哈贝马斯的全面理解。
[Abstract]:Habermas believes that the post-national state era has come. On the basis of constitutional patriotism and universal human rights theory, the author advocates the construction of collective identity from the perspective of post-national structure theory, with the intention of providing a possible path for the settlement of multicultural conflicts in modern society. However, constitutional patriotism, especially constitutional patriotism, has led to fierce debates among nationalists, republicanism and even postnationalists, which is conducive to the comprehensive understanding of Habermas.
