【摘要】：乔万尼·阿瑞吉是当代著名的新马克思主义者、历史学家和经济学家。阿瑞吉在其代表性著作《漫长的20世纪》中,创造性地建构了资本主义的体系积累周期理论,同时构成了自己独特的资本主义理解模式。本文首先阐明了阿瑞吉的资本主义体系积累周期理论的问题意识与理论基础。20世纪70年代以来美国的霸权危机事实上构成了阿瑞吉重要的问题意识。与此同时,作为新马克思主义的历史学家与经济学家,阿瑞吉主要从马克思、布罗代尔的理论中汲取思想资源,进一步厘清了马克思主义的资本主义本质规定性与布罗代尔意义上的资本主义基本特征。在这一研究与阐述过程中,本文为进一步理解和把握阿瑞吉所阐述的资本主义体系积累周期搭建桥梁。在此基础上,本文梳理并阐释了阿瑞吉的资本主义体系积累周期理论的基本内容与主要内涵。阿瑞吉通过重新理解资本主义几个世纪的发展历史,阐述了资本主义历史反复出现的格局——资本主义体系积累周期。我们认为,阿瑞吉所指认的资本主义体系积累周期绝非麦克尔·哈特与安东尼奥·奈格里所误读的"同一事物的永恒回归"。恰恰相反,我们以阿瑞吉所强调的组织革命为标志,区分并阐述了不同的资本主义体系积累周期本身的异质性。我们发现,无论是不同的资本主义体系积累周期还是作为其标志的组织革命,都是在以商业机构与政府机构组成的新的综合体的领导之下发展起来的,而新的综合体事实上构成了每个资本主义体系积累周期的中心或霸权。本文认为,阿瑞吉的资本主义体系积累周期理论较为深刻而准确地分析与把握了历史资本主义基本特征。与此同时,资本主义体系积累周期理论呈现出阿瑞吉的资本主义理解模式。阿瑞吉的资本主义理解模式具有三个方面的特征:首先是强调了政治与经济相结合原则;其次是强调了资本主义的流通过程;第三是强调资本主义的辩证运动。不过,由于阿瑞吉忽略马克思主义的资本主义阶级问题,从而存在一定的不足之处。总体而言,阿瑞吉的资本主义体系积累周期理论对于我们理解资本主义历史以及把握当代资本主义具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。
[Abstract]:Giovanni Arrikit is a famous contemporary neo-Marxist, historian and economist. In his representative work "the long 20th Century", Arrikit creatively constructed the theory of the system accumulation cycle of capitalism, and at the same time constituted his own unique understanding mode of capitalism. This paper first expounds the problem consciousness and theoretical basis of Arrikit's theory of accumulation cycle of capitalist system. The hegemonic crisis in the United States since the 1970s has in fact constituted the important problem consciousness of Ariaghi. At the same time, as a historian and economist of neo-Marxism, Areji drew mainly from Marx's and Brodale's theories. It further clarifies the essential stipulation of Marxism capitalism and the basic characteristics of capitalism in the sense of Brodale. In the course of this research and elaboration, this paper builds a bridge for further understanding and grasping the accumulation cycle of capitalist system elaborated by Arrikit. On this basis, this paper combs and explains the basic content and main connotation of Arrikit's theory of accumulation cycle of capitalist system. By reinterpreting the development history of capitalism for several centuries, Arrikit expounds the pattern of capitalism-the accumulation cycle of capitalist system. We believe that the accumulation cycle of the capitalist system identified by Arrigi is not the eternal return of the same thing as Michael Hart and Antonio Negree misread. On the contrary, we distinguish and expound the heterogeneity of different accumulation cycles of capitalist system, marked by the organizational revolution emphasized by Arrikit. We find that, whether it is the different accumulation cycles of the capitalist system or the organizational revolution that marks it, it has developed under the leadership of a new complex of commercial and governmental institutions. The new complex, in fact, constitutes the center or hegemony of each capitalist system's accumulation cycle. This paper holds that Ariji's theory of accumulation cycle of capitalist system deeply and accurately analyses and grasps the basic characteristics of historical capitalism. At the same time, the theory of accumulation cycle of capitalist system presents Arrikit's understanding mode of capitalism. Arrikit's understanding mode of capitalism has three characteristics: first, emphasizing the principle of combining politics and economy; secondly, emphasizing the circulation process of capitalism; third, emphasizing the dialectical movement of capitalism. However, because Arrikit ignored the capitalist class problem of Marxism, there were some deficiencies. In general, Arrikit's theory of accumulation cycle of capitalist system has important theoretical value and practical significance for us to understand the history of capitalism and grasp the contemporary capitalism.
