分配正义的马克思主义政治哲学解析

【摘要】：马克思主义政治哲学是关于马克思"实践的哲学"的重要体现,通过关注"现实"世界,解决"现实"问题,担负起"变革世界"的政治使命,同时具有"反思政治"的理论特质,对于政治生活或政治事务进行哲学反思。分配问题是关系国计民生的重要问题,也是马克思主义政治哲学重点关注的课题。马克思对资本主义经济关系和政治伦理进行反思,对古典哲学和政治经济学批判地继承,客观论证了分配起点、过程和结果之于正义的要求,深刻分析了物质、道德和制度之于分配的作用,形成了系统的、实践的、发展的分配正义思想。马克思关于分配正义的政治哲学构建给我们深化分配制度改革,完善社会分配体系以启发。实现分配正义,就是要在全民参与共建、经济社会发展的基础上,加紧构建保障公平正义的制度体系,建立健全以权利公平、机会公平、规则公平为主的社会保障体系,从而保证人民在共享改革开放发展成果的过程中能够拥有平等参与和发展的权利。
[Abstract]:Marxist political philosophy is an important embodiment of Marx's "philosophy of practice". By paying attention to the "reality" world, solving the "reality" problem, and taking on the political mission of "changing the world", Marxist political philosophy is an important embodiment of Marx's "practical philosophy". At the same time, it has the theoretical characteristics of "reflective politics", and carries on philosophical reflection on political life or political affairs. Distribution is an important issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood, and also the focus of Marxist political philosophy. Marx reflected on capitalist economic relations and political ethics, critically inherited classical philosophy and political economics, objectively demonstrated the starting point of distribution, the requirements of process and result to justice, and deeply analyzed the material. The function of morality and institution in distribution forms a systematic, practical and developing idea of distributive justice. Marx's political philosophy about distribution justice gives us the inspiration to deepen the reform of distribution system and perfect the social distribution system. The realization of distributional justice is to accelerate the construction of a system of ensuring fairness and justice on the basis of the participation of all the people in the construction and economic and social development, and to establish and improve a social security system that is based on the equity of rights, opportunities, and rules. Thus, the people can have equal rights to participate and develop in the process of sharing the fruits of reform and opening up.
