【摘要】：互联网已经在当代的公共生活中占有十分重要的地位，它在政治领域所带来的影响更为深刻。在某种程度上，互联网正塑造着全新的民主政治模式，改变着人们的政治参与，提供了全新的政治环境。一直以来直接民主所存在的操作性限制，正在被互联网这种全新的技术手段打破，使直接民主与参与式民主开始具有现实意义上的可能性。在一些国家，互联网还成为了推动政治制度变革的重要因素。更为重要的是，互联网并不仅仅是人们参与政治的一种手段，还在某种程度上重新塑造了人们的政治观念、价值观念等，形成了一种特有的、全新的政治文化，甚至，改变了人们看待政治的方式。互联网的深刻影响也为政治学理论的研究提出了新问题，开启了全新的研究领域。互联网政治学作为一门全新的交叉学科，有着广阔的研究空间。在互联网政治学领域，一系列的系统性的理论正在被建构起来，尤其是关于电子民主、电子动员等领域更引起了国内研究者的普遍关注。在此背景下构建“互联网政治学”有着十分重要的意义。本论文以文献分析方法、逻辑分析方法和比较分析的方法，研究了查德威克的互联网政治学思想，论文主体分为四个部分，第一部分从社会背景和思想背景两个方面入手，研究查德威克互联网政治学思想提出的时代背景，，技术决定论和社会决定论两个主导理念，以及去中心化、参与、社区、全球化、后工业化、理性化、治理与自由主义八个网络政治学关键主题。第二部分，从互联网对核心政治制度特征的影响和对现存政治结构与社会运动之间联动关系的作用上分析查德威克互联网政治学思想的逻辑起点。第三部分，分别考察了查德威克互联网政治学思想中对电子民主、电子动员、电子竞选的观点，分析互联网对于社区构建和政治协商、政治参与的影响、互联网对利益集团与社会运动的影响、互联网对政党、候选人与选举的影响。第四部分，对查德威克互联网政治学思想做出了评价，并指出由此带来的现实启示。
[Abstract]:The Internet has played a very important role in modern public life, and its influence in the political field is even more profound. To some extent, the Internet is shaping a new democratic political model, changing people's political participation and providing a new political environment. The operational limitation of direct democracy has been broken by the Internet, which makes the possibility of direct democracy and participatory democracy begin to be realistic. In some countries, the Internet has also become an important factor in promoting political system change. More importantly, the Internet is not only a means for people to participate in politics, but also to some extent reshape people's political concepts, values, etc., and form a unique, completely new political culture, and even, Changed the way people look at politics. The profound impact of the Internet also raises new questions for the study of political science and opens up a new research field. Internet politics as a new cross-disciplinary, there is a broad space for research. In the field of Internet politics, a series of systematic theories are being constructed, especially about electronic democracy, electronic mobilization and so on. Under this background, it is of great significance to construct Internet Politics. Based on the methods of literature analysis, logic analysis and comparative analysis, this paper studies Chadwick's thoughts on Internet politics. The main body of the thesis is divided into four parts. The first part starts with two aspects: social background and ideological background. To study the background of the era of Chadwick's thought of Internet politics, the two leading concepts of technological determinism and social determinism, as well as the centralization, participation, community, globalization, post-industrialization, rationalization, Governance and liberalism are the key themes of network politics. The second part analyzes the logical starting point of Chadwick's thought of Internet politics from the influence of Internet on the characteristics of core political system and the function of the linkage between the existing political structure and social movement. The third part examines Chadwick's views on electronic democracy, electronic mobilization and electronic election, and analyzes the influence of Internet on community construction, political negotiation and political participation. The influence of the Internet on interest groups and social movements, on political parties, candidates and elections. In the fourth part, Chadwick's thought of Internet politics is evaluated, and the practical enlightenment is pointed out.
