国家自主性理论与历史制度主义的理论内涵

【摘要】：国家自主性理论作为对于多元主义理论的平衡已成为近30年来政治科学研究的主流范式之一。国家自主性理论认为,国家既是反映社会中群体利益冲突的场所,同时又是以强制性行政官僚组织出现的运作者。国家也并非简单被动地受到阶级斗争的影响,而是试图主动地影响社会中政治冲突的内容与形式。国家的这种潜在的自主性经由斯考切波在其关于革命起源的理论研究中被提出,进而被更多的制度主义学者所接受,并运用到更多关于现实世界中国家角色的研究中,从而推动了历史制度主义作为整体的研究流派出现。这一学术流派的理论成果弥补了以往社会科学理论对于重大社会议题解释的无力,丰富了对于社会变迁与社会转型的理论理解。
[Abstract]:As the balance of pluralism theory, the theory of national autonomy has become one of the mainstream paradigms of political science research in the past 30 years. The theory of state autonomy holds that the state is not only a place to reflect the conflict of interest among groups in society, but also an operator of compulsory administrative bureaucracy. The state is not simply and passively influenced by class struggle, but attempts to influence the content and form of political conflict in society. This potential autonomy of the state was put forward by Scochebo in his theoretical study of the origin of the revolution, and then accepted by more institutionalists and applied to more studies on the role of the state in the real world. Therefore, it promotes the emergence of historical institutionalism as a whole. The theoretical achievements of this academic school make up for the weakness of social science theories in explaining major social issues and enrich the theoretical understanding of social changes and social transformation.
