【摘要】： 荀子礼治思想是儒家思想文化的精髓,在中国传统思想文化中占有十分重要的地位和作用。荀子礼治思想寄托了儒家的社会理想,礼治思想中包含有很多合理的因素,这些因素具有跨时代的意义和价值,可以为我们提供历史的借鉴和思想资源。从古至今,很多中外学者都对荀子礼治思想这一传统文化进行了不同程度上的理论研究。本文以前辈思想家的理论研究成果为基础,通过研究和学习,发掘出荀子礼治思想中的积极方面,使其更好的为当今社会做贡献,同时不断摒弃其消极落后的方面,从而使得荀子礼治思想这一传统思想在当今社会发挥其应有的价值和意义。本文首先从荀子礼治思想的渊源出发,对儒家礼治思想的背景和文化精神进行分析,接下来便是对荀子礼治思想中礼的由来、礼的实质及功能的阐述,然后按照从孔子到荀子的顺序,对礼治思想的发展进行了简要的阐述。通过这些基本理论的学习,能够为更好的研究和学习荀子礼治思想以及它在整个古代思想文化和现代社会中的影响做很好的铺垫；其次,是本文的重点部分,即对荀子礼治思想进行理论研究。这一部分从基础理论研究开始,首先分析了荀子礼治思想对于等级秩序、治国理念以及礼的社会功能的理论观点,以便对荀子礼治思想有一个进一步的认识。本文着重阐述了荀子礼治思想中关于礼与法关系的内容。作为治理国家的两个不可或缺的模式,礼与法的关系问题不容忽视,是研究荀子礼治思想的重点内容之一。礼治思想不可孤立阐述,只有与法紧密结合起来,才能更加凸显礼治思想的重要作用和意义；最后一部分是论述荀子礼治思想在当今社会中的价值,首先,从礼法关系角度看荀子礼治思想对当今社会的价值,其次,从和谐社会的角度来着重分析。荀子礼治思想从古代开始就一直存在着和谐理念,这也是儒家思想所追求的总体价值目标,但是,完美的和谐社会在荀子时期是不可能真正实现的,但是荀子礼治思想中的和谐理念却对当今社会我们建设和谐社会有很大的影响和作用,因此我们应该借鉴荀子思想中的积极因素,为我国建设社会主义和谐社会而努力。荀子礼治思想是我国传统文化中的重要文化遗产,只要我们运用科学的方法去研究学习,就能够分析出礼治思想中稳定社会、实现社会有序和谐的社会功用,从中获得有益的启示和借鉴,吸收其中的合理成分,从而为我国建设社会主义现代化和谐社会提供传统文化的思想资源。
[Abstract]:Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette is the quintessence of Confucian thought and culture, which plays an important role in Chinese traditional ideology and culture. Xunzi's thought of rule of propriety ascribes to the Confucian social ideal, which contains many reasonable factors. These factors have the significance and value of cross-epoch, and can provide us with historical reference and ideological resources. Since ancient times, many scholars at home and abroad have studied Xunzi's traditional culture of rule of etiquette to varying degrees. Based on the theoretical research achievements of the predecessors, this paper explores the positive aspects of Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette through research and study, and makes it better to contribute to the present society, and at the same time, it constantly abandons its negative and backward aspects. Thus, Xunzi's traditional thought of rule of propriety gives play to its due value and significance in today's society. This article starts from the origin of Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette, analyzes the background and cultural spirit of Confucian thought of rule of etiquette, and then expounds the origin, essence and function of ritual in Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette. Then according to the order from Confucius to Xunzi, the development of the thought of rule of etiquette is briefly expounded. The study of these basic theories can pave the way for better research and study of Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette and its influence in the whole ancient thought and culture and modern society. Secondly, it is the key part of this paper. Namely, Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette is studied theoretically. This part begins with the research of basic theory, first analyzes the theoretical viewpoint of Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette for the rank order, the idea of governing the country and the social function of ritual, so as to have a further understanding of Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette. This paper expounds the relation between ritual and law in Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette. As two indispensable modes of governing the country, the relationship between propriety and law can not be ignored and is one of the key contents of Xunzi's thought of rule of rites. The thought of rule of etiquette cannot be expounded in isolation, only when it is closely combined with law, can the important role and significance of the thought of rule of etiquette be more prominent. The last part is to discuss the value of the thought of rule of etiquette of Xunzi in today's society, first of all, From the point of view of the relationship between etiquette and law, Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette is analyzed emphatically from the angle of harmonious society. Since the ancient times, Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette has always had the idea of harmony, which is also the goal of the overall value pursued by Confucianism. However, a perfect harmonious society is impossible to realize in Xunzi's period. But the idea of harmony in Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette has great influence and effect on the construction of harmonious society. Therefore, we should draw lessons from the positive factors of Xunzi's thought and make great efforts to build a harmonious socialist society in our country. Xunzi's thought of rule of etiquette is an important cultural heritage in Chinese traditional culture. As long as we use scientific methods to study and study, we can analyze the social function of stabilizing society and realizing social order and harmony in the thought of rule of etiquette. From it, we can draw useful inspiration and draw lessons from it, absorb the reasonable elements in it, and provide the ideological resources of traditional culture for the construction of socialist modern harmonious society in our country.
