世界政党政治视域下的效率与公平

【摘要】：效率与公平是现代政党执政所追求的两大目标。但是,在现实政治中,又是一对难解的矛盾。政党执政的历史反复说明,效率与公平的天平一旦倾斜,无论向左还是向右,社会都会出现问题。因此,如何在效率与公平之间寻求平衡,成为现代政党执政必须面对的课题。一些政党执政过程中的得与失,成与败,能够带给我们一些有益的启示。
[Abstract]:Efficiency and fairness are the two goals pursued by the modern political party in power. However, in real politics, there is also a pair of difficult contradictions. The history of the ruling party has repeatedly shown that once the balance of efficiency and fairness is tilted, whether left or right, there will be problems in society. Therefore, how to strike a balance between efficiency and fairness has become a subject that modern political parties must face. The gains and losses, successes and failures of some political parties can bring us some beneficial enlightenment.
