信息化时代的政党变革——基于中外实践的比较与思考

【摘要】：当今时代是信息时代,面对信息网络的发展,没有国家、没有政党能够摆脱其影响,各国政党都面临信息化发展带来的巨大挑战。那么,各国政党如何回应信息化挑战,实行党建信息化、改善内部结构、实行党内民主、扩大民众政治参与、密切联系民众?这是当代政党政治的重大理论与实践问题。中外学者的对话与交流,既促进了对当今时代社会变革与政党变革的中外比较与思考,也促进了中外政党对回应信息化挑战的思路与对策的探讨,还深化了对世界政党共性与个性的认识。而对相关理论的共识与认识分歧,将有助于深化对政党政治的研究。
[Abstract]:Today is the information age, facing the development of information network, no country, no political party can get rid of its influence, political parties of all countries are faced with the enormous challenges brought by the development of information technology. So, how can the political parties in various countries respond to the challenge of informatization, implement the informatization of party building, improve the internal structure, implement inner-party democracy, expand the people's political participation, and keep in close touch with the public? This is a major theoretical and practical problem of contemporary party politics. The dialogue and exchange between Chinese and foreign scholars has not only promoted the comparison and thinking of the social changes and political party changes in the present era, but also promoted the discussion of the ideas and countermeasures of the Chinese and foreign political parties in response to the challenge of information technology. It also deepened the understanding of the commonness and individuality of the world's political parties. The consensus and understanding of the relevant theories will help to deepen the study of party politics.
