新自由主义、资本话语权与意识形态斗争

【摘要】：新自由主义将自由市场等同于个人经济自由,将资本的利益抽象地描述为全体社会成员共同利益,忽视政府作为国家行政机构、执行统治阶级意志的本质,片面强调政府提供公共服务的职能,为私人资本的自由创造理论支撑。改革开放以来,新自由主义思潮在我国的传播和影响不断扩大,其根源在于所有制结构发生了变化,并体现在对贫富差距、政府与市场关系、中国经济改革和发展方向、国有企业的私有化和反私有化等重大理论以及现实问题的争论上。当前中国应遏制过度市场化倾向,排除新自由主义思潮的干扰。
[Abstract]:Neoliberalism equates the free market with individual economic freedom, describes the interests of capital in the abstract as the common interests of all members of society, neglects the essence of the government as the administrative organ of the state and executes the will of the ruling class. One-sided emphasis on the role of the government in providing public services creates theoretical support for the freedom of private capital. Since the reform and opening up, the spread and influence of neoliberalism in our country has been expanding, and its root is the change in the ownership structure, which is reflected in the gap between the rich and the poor, the relationship between the government and the market, the direction of China's economic reform and development. State-owned enterprises privatization and anti-privatization and other major theoretical and practical issues on the debate. At present, China should curb the tendency of excessive marketization and eliminate the interference of neoliberal trend of thought.
