公民身份认同:政策协商对话中的社会粘合基础

【摘要】：公民身份认同能够为政策协商对话提供社会粘合基础。从应然层面来讲,公民身份认同催生了权利意识的觉醒,改变公民的政治冷漠状态;提高了社会成员身份平等的认知,消解经济不平等带来的公共性疏离;养成社会共同价值观,形成了公民间的引力磁场。但是,就中国社会现实而言,诸多因素造成了公民身份认同的困境,使社会成员难以粘合。就此,需要一系列的路径设计来提升公民身份认同,其中包括完善公民教育系统设计,强化自我概念的建构;植入社会主义核心价值观,提升公民权利与责任的认知;拓展参与型公民文化环境,增强社会成员相互包容性;建构多样化协商场域,激励公民在场与发声的动机。
[Abstract]:Citizenship identity can provide social cohesion basis for policy negotiation dialogue. At the level of due course, the identity of the citizen gives birth to the awakening of the consciousness of rights, changes the political apathy of the citizen, improves the cognition of the identity equality of the social members, and dispels the alienation of the public caused by the economic inequality. Develop social common values, form the magnetic field of gravity between citizens. However, as far as China's social reality is concerned, many factors cause the dilemma of civil identity and make it difficult for social members to bond. Therefore, a series of path designs are needed to enhance the identity of citizens, including perfecting the design of civic education system, strengthening the construction of self-concept, implanting socialist core values and enhancing the cognition of citizens' rights and responsibilities. To expand the cultural environment of participating citizens, to enhance the mutual inclusion of social members, to construct a diverse consultation field, and to encourage citizens to be present and voice their motivations.
